Fully transistorised car radion with the following individual differences: 80: M.W. and L.W. single ended output stage. 1070: M.W. and L.W. single ended output stage. 1072: M.W only (broadcast band) single ended out put stage. 1080: M.W. and L.W. double ended output stage. 1082: M.W. only (broadcast band) double ended output stage. All models operate on a 12 volt supply and the polarity can be changed, for positive fo negative working, by means of the switch located on the underside of the receiver.
